Villa Serena offers flexibility.  Small cocktail events, dinner parties, business and board meetings can be held in the house or on the stone patio over looking the lawn, fountains and verdant gardens.  Day and night, the setting is irreplaceable.  Guests will feel they have been transported to Tuscany, with nature's symphony of gently whispering Georgia pines and song birds during the day and lightning bugs illuminating the grounds on summer evenings.

The estate is located just six miles off Interstate 20 between Conyers and Monroe, Georgia.  There is a wide variety of lodging in the area for out of town guests or company employees, and if the bridal couple wants to stay in the mansion this can also be arranged.  Flexibility and accommodation are key to the way Villa Serena does business.  Of the many wedding sites, facilities, and venues in Georgia, only Villa Serena is a 100 acre estate on a picturesque lake, an Italian mansion with tall ceilings and doors and a beautiful floating wrought iron staircase for the bride to descend.  There is much brick paving on the grounds, many outdoor fountains, ceremony and reception location choices.  It is hard to imagine a more lovely place for your wedding photographs.  Nancy and Margaret can also recommend floral designers, catering, wedding cake artists, photographers, wedding and event planners, limousines or antique cars, live bands and DJ's, caterers, officiates and decor designers.  Another important point to keep in mind is when you hold your event at Villa Serena, a baby grand piano, Villa Serena has round tables in three sizes, rectangular tables in several sizes, hi-boys and 250 white chairs are available as part of your rental fee.  Dishes, flatware, glassware and some serving dishes are available for an additional fee.
